David Has been with the band for over ten years. Before performing with Karen Morgan and Pony Express, David was with another local country band and captured the "Vocal Group of the Year" with that group. Prior to that, David was in a rock band that toured regionally, performing as an opening act and backing up such artists as Dan Fogelberg, Jackson Browne, Karla Bonoff, Elvis Costello, Don McLean, and many others. David is the rhythm guitar player for the band, although he does do some lead guitar work. He also is the band's sound man, as well as the husband of Karen Morgan.
